The conclusion of a contract of sale does not take place when the customer sends the order to the seller. The contract of sale shall only arise from the moment of confirmation of the order by the Seller. The list of goods on any Seller's website is a list of goods normally supplied and the Seller does not guarantee the availability of all goods listed. The Seller shall confirm the availability of the Goods when bindingly confirming the order to the Customer.
The purchase contract is concluded by the binding confirmation of the order by the seller, i.e. by accepting the customer's proposal to conclude the purchase contract.
The binding confirmation of the customer's order by the seller is an e-mail confirmation that is sent from the seller's website. The Seller is obliged to verify the availability of the goods, the applicable prices and the delivery date. In the event that a higher price is found, the Seller is obliged to request the Customer's consent to the price change before confirming the order. Only when the customer agrees to the price change shall the contractual relationship be deemed to be concluded. All prices for goods and services and all charges in the online shop are inclusive of VAT. The automatically executed Order Acceptance Notification in the Seller's electronic system, which the Customer receives to his e-mail address immediately after his order has been placed, shall not be deemed to be a binding order confirmation. This notification is for informational purposes only for the purpose of notifying the customer of the receipt of his order. The Seller confirms the order bindingly by sending the Customer an "Order Confirmation" email, which contains all the above-mentioned elements: availability of the goods, delivery time, price confirmation.

ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Dear Consumer. If you believe that we have violated your rights, or if you are not satisfied with the manner in which we have handled your complaint, please send your request for redress to us at our email address: info@bomdie.com
If we reply to this request in the negative, or if we do not reply within 30 days of sending it to the above email address, or if you are not satisfied with our resolution, then based on the amended Act No. 102/2014 and Act No. 391/2015 on Alternative Dispute Resolution of Consumer Disputes, you have the right to an alternative (out-of-court) method of dispute resolution.
You may submit your application in the manner specified under Section 12 of Act No. 391/2015 Coll. You can use a form to submit your application, a model of which is also available on the website of the relevant ministry and each alternative dispute resolution body.
The list of alternative dispute resolution entities as of 10.4.2016 is here: http://www.mhsr.sk/zoznam-subjektov-alternativneho-riesenia-spotrebitelskych-sporov/146987s. The consumer has the right to choose to which of the listed ADR entities to turn to.
The address for electronic submissions to the Slovak Trade Inspection is ars@soi.sk.
The ADR entity may reject the consumer's proposal, e.g.:
- if the quantifiable value of the dispute does not exceed EUR 20;
- if it is obvious, in view of all the circumstances, that alternative dispute resolution could only be pursued with disproportionate effort, and the like.
Consumers can also lodge a complaint via the RSO's alternative dispute resolution platform, which is available online at: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=SK. A complaint can be lodged here by a consumer living in the EU against a trader established in the EU.
The costs of ADR are borne by each party to the dispute separately, without any possibility of reimbursement.
We wish you a pleasant shopping...
