Online gift voucher

CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE GIFT VOUCHER:

Each online gift voucher hereafter referred to as OGV/voucher

has its own unique verification code and value indicated on it.

The time validity of the voucher is always one year (i.e. if you buy a voucher on 16.8.2023 for example, it is valid until 16.8.2024). The validity of the voucher cannot be extended.

We send the OGV only in electronic form to the email specified in the order, together with the conditions of its use.

The OGV can be used within one purchase, it cannot be redeemed in parts. It is not issued from gift vouchers. If the total amount of the purchase/order is more than the value of the voucher, the customer (gift recipient) will only pay the remaining amount by bank transfer or cash on delivery.

Each voucher can only be used once, exclusively for the purchase of goods in the online store www.bondie.creativeshop.sk.

When paying for goods by entering the OGV code, only one gift voucher can be used per order. The code indicated on the voucher must be entered in the "Discount code" field when totaling the order. The voucher acts as a discount on the total amount of the goods (therefore not applicable to postage and other charges).

The OGV is not tied to the buyer's name, it can be redeemed by anyone who enters its specific code in the order.

We do not provide a new/replacement gift voucher in the event of loss or deterioration of the OGV.

The OGV cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or otherwise recover its value.

OGV can be purchased exclusively in our online shop www.bondie.creativeshop.sk from the comfort of your own home.

OGV is not subject to VAT.

The OGV (in .pdf format) will be sent to you by e-mail in electronic form the next working day after payment (at the latest within 2 working days).

In the event of a return of goods i.e. withdrawal from a contract paid by gift voucher, the part paid by the voucher will be refunded by means of a new voucher and the part of the balance refunded to the customer's account within 14 days at the latest after the delivery of the goods in question back to the seller.
