When paying for goods by entering the OGV code, only one gift voucher can be used per order. The code indicated on the voucher must be entered in the Discount code field when totaling the order. The OGV is not tied to the buyer's name, it can be redeemed by anyone who enters its specific code in the order. We do not provide a new/replacement gift voucher in the event of loss or deterioration of the OGV. The OGV cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or otherwise recover its value.
